VW has removed them off their lots and cannot sell these cars new anymore due to EPA regulations. The ones that are already out in the public are ok to use and will become harder and harder to find. When VW redesigns the TDI they will probably not have the power or the fuel mileage we are used to from a TDI since they will have to meet stricter EPA regulations.
