The bus has original paint and rust has been taken care of when possible. There are rust spots around the bus as well as dings and dents to be expected out of a vehicle of this age. These are cosmetic and can be taken care of with little issue and without a full body repair/paint job. We did not have a chance to re-upholster the bus. There are currently several large and small tears in the original green seating. Everything works as expected and the bed is still very comfortable. Engine has 1,000 miles on a total rebuild (top and bottom) with dual kadron carbs, a distributor with vacuum advance, new cam, new hydraulic lifters, new crankshaft, new cylinders, new rods, etc., new clutch, new brakes including master cylinder and lines, new tires, new canvas top for camper, hardwood flooring, new vinyl seats, etc. Lots of extra parts. Great one of a kind bus. It goes 65 mph on the 101 when we take it camping. Two beds, top and bottom, so great for a family. Fully registered in California with clean title in hand. Not a show floor model but a a beautiful and great bus for camping, trips, and nostalgia.

This is a standard 1974 VW Bug, last year of the flat windshield . This is not a super Beetle, much more rare! The little car runs well & looks pretty good. There are a couple of touch ups on the paint, ( pictured ) not really noticeable. From ten feet , it's beautiful. This mellow yellow classic Bug will need the following. New headliner, & maybe carpets. The seats, dash & door panels are great. All of the glass is good & I believe original to the car. The odometer is not accurate, so true miles are unknown. The motor has allegedly been rebuilt & it does run well. The next owner will more than likely want to replace the clutch cable, I believe it's a little stretched. You can drive & shift the car, but you have to shift from first to second slowly, otherwise it might grind. These are usually signs that the cable needs to be replaced. I believe there is a leak at the brake fluid reservoir, as I have to keep adding fluid. I would transport the car to it's new destination because of the brake fluid issue. I believe the brakes will need to be adjusted. The car is currently licensed through Oct 2016 in California. This car has very solid floors with no rust, the body seems to be very straight & clean. I bought this Bug to do a full restoration, as it has a clean canvas. We have since decided to move to a different city & I really have no where to store this car. The car doesn't really need a restoration, it only needs what I mentioned in the above paragraph & a few minor adjustments. This little Bug has had one repaint in the same factory yellow. If you transport the car , you are responsible for payment. I will need the car picked up within ten days of sale. I will require a $500.00 deposit with paypal immediately after winning, buying this car. $500.00 deposit Immediately after buying & balance within 72 hours, three days! the balance can be paid in person with cash, a certified cashiers check or the easiest a bank wire transfer. This is an absolutely beautiful 1969 VW Bug in all stock condition. This little cutie started life as a navy blue Bug & was color changed to white. On a scale of 1-10 , I would say it is a solid 8 in the color change dept. This Bug has no rust, the floors are solid! From ten feet this car looks new. You will find some small scratches that have been touched up, still the car is beautiful. This Bug wears it's original Blue Calif. Plates. The interior is beautiful, the headliner does have a few little tears & the upholstery around the bottom of the driver side rear window & passenger side is slightly torn. These flaws in no way take away from this awesome little Bug. This car starts up 1st time every time & I would not hesitate driving it anywhere! This Bug runs , drives & shifts like it should! The transaxle is good with no popping of gears, ever! This car gets compliments every time it goes out. The tires are pretty much new, and the car retains its original rims. The rims are white with black centers under the trim rings. I believe it took a light tap to the front end at one time as I believe the hood was replaced. I also think it was hit on the drivers side at one time as I see a repair under the drivers front wheel. These little flaws in no way affect the way this car drives or looks. I believe this to have happened long ago. This car needs two items repaired, one is the turn signal switch is broken & the speedometer is in-op. I think it needs a new cable. That's all I think this car needs, the lights horn ect. all work as they should. This car is in amazing condition for it's age & is a blast to drive. I have set what I feel is a reasonable price considering the condition, I will listen to reasonable offers.
