This is a 1971 Beetle Classic 1600cc dual port engine with a 4 speed manual transmission. The car runs and drives great, buzzes down the highway at 65mph with ease. My wife takes it all over the place on the weekends, even grocery shopping on occasion. I have recently done quite a bit of work to the car. This work includes all new brake shoe with wheel cylinders all 4 corners, new brake master cylinder, rebuilt carburetor, new muffler, plugs, wires, points, valve covers and rebuilt generator. I have also adjusted the valves, fixed the typical VW electrical ground gremlins and cleaned out the heat riser tube in the intake manifold. The clutch was replaced about 5000 miles ago. This is a good driver car, just put gas in and drive. The engine does not smoke just leaks a little oil at the drain plug. The exterior of the car is in good condition and shows well when at the local cruises. It is not perfect but it looks good especially in this color. The only negatives to the car is there is a small amount of rust at each of the four floor pan corners. The rust is small amounts which one of the pictures show. The rest of the pan is completely solid, as is the fenders, body panels, doors etc. also the driver's side seat is a bit worn as are most if they are original like this one all of which I have provided pictures of. This a great little car that you can just take home and drive. We are selling it because my wife was a convertible and we have two other classic/custom cars already in the garage and just don't have room to keep this one.

This car is in excellent condition inside and out. I am the original owner, bought the vehicle new from Balise VW dealership in Rhode Island. It has been maintained by the dealer according to schedule and has always been garaged. The finish is quite smooth and clean and the interior is very fresh. It has heated electronically adjustable seats, air conditioning, CD player/radio, 3 AC/DC outlets, rectractable rear space cover, and trailer hitch. There are no physical or mechanical flaws that I can detect other than one small dent in the rear tailgate door and one scratch related to it, two small scratches on left rear fender, and some scuffing on the rear bumper. I have posted photographs of these points. Otherwise the finish is quite smooth and clean and the interior is very fresh. Some of the photographs have reflections of light and surrounding environment that may appear as flaws on the finish. They aren't flaws. Car is located in Bristol, Rhode Island. I have the title. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping, if shipping is necessary. I will accept cash and bank check, but I cannot release the vehicle until check clears. It never been abused or raced, just a summer car. I did all of its oil changes with the oil that is suppose to be done 5W40 Mobil 1 with Mobil 1 205 filter. I have changed the air intake to a neuspeed filter and the blowoff valve to a forge metal, but i still have the original parts. This car will not go on a test drive with anyone besides myself. 2003 Volkswagen Passat W8 Very rare Passat W8 wagon with 4motion and 6 speed manual transmission. Less than 100 W8 manual wagons were imported into the US between 2002-2004. This is a very clean and well maintained car. I am the second owner and have had the car for about three years. I have all maintenance records since the car was new. It has never gone over 5k miles between oils changes and has always used synthetic oil, all maintenance has been done at the dealership it was purchased at since new. Car was always garage kept until I purchased it and has been garaged intermittently since. I also have a transferrable after market warranty through AAA that is valid until 10/22/15 or 144,033 miles. Car has many new parts including tires, brakes, gas tank assembly, and more. Car runs and drives excellent, interior is very clean with only minor imperfections, exterior is also very clean with a few minor scratches, chips, and a door ding. I also have a second set of rims with bridgestone blizzak winter tires but tires are almost ready for replacement. I also have original window sticker and clean clear title in hand.
