you are bidding on a super nice 1963 vw bug convertible. it was restored a few years ago and a very nice job was done. you could drive this car anywhere it starts right up, runs very smooth and shifts perfectly, brakes are good top works correctly. the top has a German canvas heavy top, but has a small hole (size of your thumb nail) i think it was caused by rubbing on the body with top down don't know how else it could have happened. pictures should speak for themselves. i don't have the vin with me the car is at my vacation home on petite jean mountain in Morrilton Arkansas and will be for sale (if it doesn't sell) at the national motta vintage car swap meet and show on June 18 at the Mountian. I have owned many VW's over the years and this on is about as nice as they get. We have the ability to help with shipping we can dispatch a hauler with out the middle man being involved.

Fuel Economy: 30-50mpg, 35-40 city mpg, 40-60 hwy mpg, at 55mph speeds gets close to 60mpg, 80mph avg 48mpg. Equipment and Options: GTD front end upgrade with bumper, grills and fog lamps, 17" wheels 225 45 17 Continental tires, 6CD MP3 touch screen FM/AM XM Sat radio, 4 wheel disk brakes w ABS and traction control, 4 wheel independent suspension, 6 airbags, bucket seats and many extras. I bought this car from an insurance company with some front end damage. I replaced both fenders, hood, front bumpers and radiators. There was no frame or suspension damage, cosmetic mostly. I have upgraded the front bumper and grills to a GTD style at the same time. I work on VW's for a living and did the work myself. I check everything around the car and there are no issues, no DTC fault codes. I have replaced all fluids and filters so the maintenance is up to date. The car was inspected by the DMV and I have in hand an Arkansas Rebuild title. The car is located in Little Rock, AR. I can pick up from the airport LIT if you are coming out of state. I have been driving this car daily for the past couple of months and it drives great, goes straight and smooth. Paint looks good all over but there are some small scratches on the rear bumper and a few dings hardly visible. The car still looks and drives like new, tires have plenty of tread left, brakes recently replaced so it should go for a while without any service. I have the title on hand, no liens.
