Selling my 2004 VW Jetta, this was my baby. Owned by 87yo engineer and myself being the second owner. I put $5,000 of maintenance into the car this year alone. Had the car detailed and it was wrecked just two days later. I bought the vehicle back from my insurance company hoping to recuperate from some of my loss, paying just under $10,000 for the car a year ago. For anyone who is looking for a solid motor or extremely nice interior this parts car is for you! It might be possible for a good body man to fix it, but this is out of my wheel house. Car does run, but will not drive due to a broken control arm on the passengers side. I paid over $2000 for the wheels and tires alone, tires are 96% tread life. This TDI has every option available, and everything was in working order before the wreck.
