2006 Jetta TDI. Package #2. 1.9 Turbo Diesel with DSG AUTO transmission.has 200k miles but doesn't drive like it. (Many have driven these little diesels twice or three times that with regular maintenance). Oil changed at 5k intervals since new. I am second owner bought off the original owner (friend) who purchased a brand new one.Just completed within the last month new timing belt service with new water pump and idlers, CV boots, coolant flush, new alternator, DSG SERVICE, All filters--fuel, air, cabin, oil, wipers,.. . Just completed $2,500 in repairs--to prepare this car for another 200k.. YOU CAN DRIVE THIS CAR ANYWHERE.at around 190k--AC compressor--$1500, Wheel bearings.I Get over 50 MPG driving conservative, but even if you drive it like you stole it-- still gets over 40 mpg. This is the last of the diesels before they started the addition of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Cheaper to operate. Easier for biodiesel so I'm told although I have never used it.Everything works --NO CEL's --ALL OPTIONS work like they should.. This car is Loaded with options...leather, heated seats, dual climate, moonroof, keyless entry, MFD. Satellite radio, 1 touch, steering controls ..VERY CLEAN. Have many maintenance records. Purchased from original owner. Miles will go up as I still drive it daily. Only purchased to drive to work and now work is going to provide a take home car (10/1/15) so I don't really need it now. I have CLEAN AND CLEAR title in Hand.The BAD-- the alloy wheels have some corrosion on them in spots and there is a little rust bubbles on driver side front fender--HOWEVER I was told that VW warranties this and is in the process of approving a claim to repair-this will be for any owner--VW warranties against rust for 10 years regardless of owner...Also the radio buttons have several that look white from wear..all works including steering wheel controls but there are some buttons on the radio that show wear--if it really bothers someone they are $45 on ebay for a another one. Also there was a small chip in the windshield it was professionally repaired by safelite---not in line of sight but wanted everyone to know all the bad before coming out to see it. It is almost 10 years old and drove 200k so there are some scratches here and there--BUT it is very clean.BUY IT NOW-is well worth it if you know about these TDIs-. I will include whatever extra filters and oil I have for the car.
