Beautiful 1956 Diamond Green Oval Window Bug This car was stripped to bare metal 4 years ago and professionally painted in its Original color matched to back side of the original paint glove box door & dash.The H Pattern upholstery and German square weave carpet, mohair headliner were replaced along with all the rubber seals and also added original pop out ¼ glass. The car has a 8,000 mile rebuilt 1641 SP motor with a Freeway Flyer trans. Repop Robri fender guards and boot scrapers. Custom aluminum Safari front window with custom sliders and Randar super latches for the pop out windows. 4” narrowed front BUGZILLA beam. New brakes & shocks on all 4 corners. New bumper blades, brackets & bumper guards. Custom dipped wood grain aftermarket Rometsch steering wheel & shift knob. Logos on the car are new.Has a few paint flaws, mainly the rib on passenger side door, as seen in the photos. Other than that, its all normal wear and tear.The frame and pans have never been worked on and are solid original from the desert country. Chrome steering column chrome bracket chrome pitman arm for the steering. Red top battery. High torque starter.I will ship the oval at your arrangement. Up for sale is my Restored 1970 Volkswagen Standard Beetle. Has been restored over the past year and a half and brought back to show its beauty. This car was completely gutted and taken down to bare metal (see picture) and then reassembled. I tried to keep the restoration as stock as possible. New: Paint and stainless moldings Wiring Harness Body Rubber Headliner Carpet Upholstery Door Panels Dash Steering Wheel Retro Radio with USB port Wheels and Caps Tires There are a couple of scratches in the paint from reassembly but barely noticeable unless you are looking for them. Body is Completely straight 1600cc Single port strong engine that recently had the timing adjusted, valves adjusted, R&I valve covers, new valve cover gaskets, and new spark plugs. Newly rebuilt Empi 34 P-3 carburetor. Pan is in EXCELENT condition. Clear Clean Title in hand. Car is registered and has passed emissions.
