1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500 British Sports Car. Car has always been stored with car cover. Current owner is the 3rd owner of car and has owned for over 20 years. Car includes convertible top, cover for convertible top when down, Tonneau Cover, Fox Car Cover, Car Bra that has never been used. Car also has aftermarket Pioneer AM/FM cassette player with Pioneer speakers in front and large speaker box behind seats. Custom Chrome Spoked Wheel Covers Original owner had car Ziebart Undercoated so car has NO RUST! Exterior has some minor dings and scratches from storage etc.. Overall car is in excellent condition considering age. Car has 28,500 original miles!! Current owner added an electric fuel pump to eliminate vapor lock on hot days. It was installed with a new ignition by a very good mechanic. Interior is in good shape but seats need new foam and covers, plus new driver's door mirror and gas gauge. 1963 Tr 4 with live axle (non IRS) rear suspension. Has engine and 4 speed tranny. Engine turns but will need rebuilt. Transmission shifts in all gears well. Comes with conv top frame. Set of carbs included. This is a very solid car that came from California. It was purchased as a parts car for a tr 250 restoration we are doing. Turns out no parts were needed. We have clear title. Tires and wheels were upgraded to rolling stock. Has been stored in doors in heted space since here. We sanded body with 80 grit and primed to show body integrity. The front hood is in tough shape, and trunk lid is off another car and is solid. Frame is solid. Floor pans are solid Windshield and drivers glass is toast. Car Needs restoration. Engine number CT 73313E, Body number 24084CT, tranny number to follow. I can offer this car at $27,000 fully restored (body off) if you have interest in that type program. 1974 Triumph TR6 convertible Only 73,200 miles!! Inline 6-cylinder with full stainless steel exhaust and dual carburetors 4-speed manual transmission Converted to electronic ignition for reliability Troublesome rear suspension converted to tube shock kit for better handling and reliability New; tires, rear-end bushing kit, coolant hoses, thermostat, alternator, battery. Engine runs great, clutch works excellent, transmission shifts smooth! All electrical components work!! The convertible top (I believe) is original and in decent shape. The interior is also in decent shape, with a hole in the passenger side seat bottom, and the wood dash is a little weathered. The body is in decent shape as well, with the usual rust along the top of the rear fenders and trunk lid. Underneath is clean! The floors are good, as well as the frame of the vehicle. Needs; new front shocks(Not a hard or expensive job, just haven't gotten around to it). Would be an easy restoration project, or fun driver as is.
