Sale prices exceeding $30,000 will require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be made by major credit card/debit card or Bank Wire Transfer. The successful bidder shall call 888-888-9999 immediately at auction end and verify their intention as to the deposit. PAYMENT. Full payment must be received within 72 Hours of auction end. Full payment may be in the form of Cashier’s Check, Bank Wire Tansfer, approved Bank Draft or Certified Funds. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS. The winning bider will be contacted by email afther the auction closes or he/she must contact Fenton Nissan within 24 hours of auction end to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. ADDITIONAL FEES. All vehicles will be charged a documentation fee of $199. Out of state buyers will be responsible for their own state taxes and fees. SHIPPING. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We may assist the buyer with finding a shipping company at a competitive price. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after a vehicle leaves our premises.
