This 1980 (post August) BJ41 is a DIESEL and RIGHT hand drive! Soooo SWEET! B2 engine runs great and actually purrs - no issues. Perfectly roadworthy.Currently registered and licensed in Texas.Driven occasionally. There are very few BJ41s in the United States. It’s a piece of cake to drive with the steering wheel on the right, and talk about a head turner!Did I mention it’s a DIESEL?!New clutch, gas tank, roof and tires.Has original A/C. Has aftermarket radio/CD player with DC to AC converter.Mileage is unknown; odometer reads 37,222 kilometers. I purchased this vehicle in Japan in 2008 and drove it daily while living there. I loved it sooooo much that I brought it back to the US with me in 2009. Since then it has been driven occasionally during its partial restoration, and was stored indoors for a 2 year period when I was overseas 2012-2014. Partial restoration includes:professionally sandblasted/repainted hood, sides, side doors, ambulance doors, bumpersprofessionally reupholstered seatsnew gaskets around doors and windowsnew chrome hood and windshield locksinterior rubber mats The pan/body, windshield and frame have definite rust that needs addressing. Will be a great project for a classic landcruiser lover, with a good bit already done for you! "Greenie Girl" was an 'off-frame' restoration with Rhino Paint. Engine was donated from a 1959 Corvette. Show-room Condition. Drives Beautifully. Power steering, A/C, Under-coating and raised suspension added. Most bolts replaced with Stainless Steel bolts.
