HAS K&N DROP IN AIR FILTER AND ORIGINAL MUFFLER WAS REPLACED WITH PERFORMANCE STRAIGHT THROUGH MUFFLER, VAN SOUNDS GREAT. DOESNT LEAK OR BURN ANYTHING. ACCELERATES CRISP, SHIFTS SMOOTH AS BUTTER AND DRIVES GREAT. VAN IS MECHANICALLY PERFECT AND COULD DRIVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. AC HAS NEVER WORKED SINCE IVE HAD IT AND IVE NEVER TRIED TO GET IT WORKING BUT ALL COMPONENTS ARE THERE. HAS POWER WINDOWS, POWER MIRRORS, COOLER / ICE MAKER, DUAL ZONE AC, 2 SUNROOFS AND BOTH REAR BENCH SEATS ARE INCLUDED (THEY WERE REMOVED 10 YEARS AGO AND ARE IN NEAR PERFECT COND, THEY HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE BUT ARE DUSTY, ALL SEATBELTS ARE INCLUDED TOO). VAN RECEIVED REBUILT TITLE IN 1986 AND I BELIEVE WAS REPAINTED AT THE SAME TIME IN 86 ALONG WITH SOME BODY WORK. I TOOK PICTURES UP CLOSE OF THE WORST AREAS OF BONDO COMING OFF AND OF SOME RUST IN CORNER OF WINDOWS. OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS THE RUSTY AREAS HAVEN'T GOTTEN NOTICEABLY WORSE AND NEITHER HAS THE CRACKED BONDO, IT LOOKS THE SAME AS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. IVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO THE BODY EXCEPT PLASTIDIP IT 3 YEARS AGO (I SINCE PEELED IT ALL OFF EXCEPT ROOF AND REAR HATCH) AND REPAINTED THE STRIPES. HEADLIGHT SWITCH QUIT WORKING SO THEY WERE HARDWIRED TO SWITCH ON DASH, FRONT WIPERS DONT WORK (I USE RAINX), DASH IS CRACKED FROM FLORIDA SUN. If you like 4Runners, this is a find. Just look at the photos. The truck has spent its entire life in southwest Florida and looks great. It also been a good runner for me; I’ve had it for a little over a year and have just done maintenance (oil changes, etc.) And she’s a relative youngster with approximately 163,000 miles. It is the rear wheel drive model with the four cylinder engine. According to the guy I got it from, he had renewed the tires, brakes, A/C, and starter. He also put in a new sound system. Can’t prove it by me, but I can say I’ve had 9,000 hassle-free miles. The biggest flaw is the ding on the left side rear door that occurred when I backed into a tree (don’t ask).
