This is a solid stock fj55 that spent its last 35 plus years with the same owner. straight 6 3 speed power steering over that time it has been repainted rebuilt engine and trans new tires shocks and a lot of other parts with low miles Cruiser runs and drives good at 55-60 mph. Just recently drove it on a 350 mile trip with no problems. 4x4 is tight not perfect has a little rust in some areas(fender/rear corners) not that bad, better then most. will need some interior work to be perfect Its a great start to a rest-o project or just enjoy it the way it is and keep it running maybe build into off road rig All the glass is great lights work all gauges work its not rotted out like most(floor is solid) and can pull a steep grade 50 mph with no issues doors feel great windows tight rear window needs help to open and close but all there, clear title from 1977 please make an offer and feel free to ask any questions thanks

For sale is an awesome 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser. It comes with the original 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission. Everything runs good and works as it should. It runs straight down the interstate and the 4x4 works perfect. It has front and rear heater. It has disc brakes in the front. A lot of work has been done on this vehicle by the previous owner. I bought it with the intension of finishing off the interior and keeping it, but I can no longer keep it. Any rust on the floor was cut out and replaced with sheet metal. Little to no bondo was used while fixing up the body. I would consider the paint job a 7 out of 10. The interior floor and underside of the vehicle were sprayed with a protective textured liner after rust repairs were done. The underside was painted black and the interior was all painted primer grey. I was planning to paint the inside and get original front seats. All the doors need seals installed and the front windshield has a crack in it and the passenger window needs replaced. I was going to do glass after the interior was painted. It needs a front dashboard. It could use a new exhaust. It has the original back seats and the cool ambulance doors. With a little time and effort you can have a very nice restored FJ40. It's a driver and the exterior is not in perfect showroom condition, but it does look good!! Everything needed to finish her off is available online.
