2000 Toyota Camry LE for sale. Car has been fantastic to us. It was my wifes when she learned to drive, got her through college and into her first few years in the real world. Then my car died and it became my daily driver for a while until i got a new car, so we have no use for it. It was daily driven until this past weekend when i got my new car. About the car: For a 2000 it is pretty loaded, power driver seat, adjustable power lumbar support, power mirrors windows locks, REMOTE START, automatic transmission. Everything (except what is mentioned below) is in great shape and working order. These cars are known for running forever and am sure it has loads of life left in it. The KBB for this car is 3500 private sale. Most people list the "new items" the car has, well this car dosen't break so i have replaced very little besides brake pads, spark plugs, and the door handles! Exterior has normal scuffs and dings from being in a parking lot for years, but exterior is in good shape for years. No Rips or stains on interior. The Bad: Valve Cover gasket leaks. It has been doing this for a long time, runs fine, no puddles of oil or anything like that. Very very common problem with this car. It just makes a puff of blue smoke when you turn it on and there is alittle oil running down the back of the engine. You could have a shop fix this for less than 150, or do it yourself if you are mechanically inclined, or just leave it like we did. Rear Bumper: As you can see the rear bumper is cracked. It was a very very small fender bender, no other damage except the bumper. You can buy a new one painted to match from ebay for less than 300, or just leave it like we did. Doesn't affect driveabilty at all. AC: There is a small leak in the ac system somewhere. My solution, i bought a 6 pack of ac refrigerant from amazon for like 20 bucks and a fill hose for 10, and it lasted me all summer with ice cold AC. All in all, a great reliable car! Car is also posted local to hartford area on craiglist so I reserve the right to end the auction early, as as always no warranty is implied.
