The interior wood trim has partly delaminated, but door panels and seats are in good condition, as are the carpets. The dash is perfect. All electrical components work great, including the power antenna and rear window. It has power locks, power windows, all working great, big chrome bumper up front. The paint job is in great shape, except for an area on the drivers side rear upper door area (pictured) where the clear coat has peeled off. No dents. The vehicle has 174,000 miles, and runs/ drives perfect, strong, mechanically 100%, no pulling to one side or the other, no shimmying on the road or freeway, tested to 85mph. It has a block heater as it spent some time in Montana, but underneath is rust free (western US vehicle). It also has a sunroof. It is a long life vehicle with the very rare 5 speed manual trans, with some of these going over 600,000 miles, and MANY of them going to over 300,000 miles. There is a lot of life left in this Toyota. I have a clean title in hand.

This is a 1967 FJ40 Land Cruiser. I purchased it in Washington State with the intent to restore it but have had a change of plans. It is actually in pretty good shape with not a lot of rust. There are a few spots that do need to be fixed eventually. There are a few small spots in the normal places. The story on this FJ is that it has been sitting in a dry shop for nearly 20 years collecting dust. It is not currently running...the owner assured me it would not take all that much to get it running. The original owner tired to change the clutch out himself..put the transmission back in and evidently when he did the edge of the transmission shaft was stuck on the pilot bushing and caused it not to shift. He then decided that he wanted to just sell it. Evidently, the transmission needs to be taken off and put back on a new bushing and it should be good as new. It has a 1F motor in it. The original owner let it set there for 20 years, pulled it out, washed it and decided to sell it. Please call with questions. I know absolutely nothing about mechanics and will need someone to ask the right questions to be fully aware of what this vehicle has or does not have. Not perfect...but can be!! Thanks for looking.
