Engine runs whisper-quiet, can barely hear run. Lots of power. Transmission was replaced under warranty years ago. Drives perfectly straight down the road - some suspension parts replaced - rides extremely smooth. 4-wheel alignment done in last 10k mi. Just serviced all fluids including Differential & Transfer Case fluids, Transmission 3-cycle flush. Brakes have about 35% & 60% pad life. Continental Cross-Contact Tires have plenty of tread left at about 80%. Ice-cold A/C and hot Heat. Everything works as far as options, buttons. Nothing needed - Stereo system is clear and works as it should. Rear DVD system has (2) Wireless headphones - one works great, the 2nd has a loose connection, works intermittenly. No cracks or pixels out on DVD or Nav screens or dash - no bulbs out anywhere. Exterior has it's share of dings - 2 on Pass side and one indentation at the Pass door handle (does not affect door/handle operation), some paint chipping and cracking on DR side of rear bumper corner, several light dings on hood that can only be seen at an angle - all tried to show as best I can, but doesn't show up clearly in photos on a white vehicle. Paint is in fantastic condition though - nice deep pearlescent shine. This MDX still looks great from a distance, but up close it does reflect usage. Interior is in good shape - again, showing some usage wear but not excessive. There are two rips in the DR seat bottom covered by duct tape (as shown in pic). The rear seats have some small rips/cracking in the perforated seat bottoms - have to look at up close to see. Dash and all door panels and glass are in excellent condition! Non-Smoker vehicle, & no funny smells.Mechanically, this MDX is ready for alot of miles - Cosmetically, if you're looking for a pristine vehicle this is definitely NOT the vehicle for you. Nothing is excessive or abusive, but has it's share of imperfections. But, still presents well. NADA retail has this MDX's value at 7900 even if the mileage was actually 244k mi - but with the newer engine it's value would be much more, but legally have to list mileage as the odometer mileage, not engine mileage. So, save $$ AND get a much better drivetrain to boot! I'm selling a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, Lifted 33" tires. 4 wheel drive works perfect. Very solid jeep and a lot of fun to drive. 226,000 miles. Motor runs nice and smooth. Jeep could use a little cosmetic work but nothing serious. I had a new hood put on and it is a different color than the rest of the jeep, so you may want to get that painted. The windshield washer fluid doesn't work and I haven't had it looked at to find out why. It hasn't worked since I've owned it. Pully to pop open the hood inside the vehicle broke, so to pop hood you have to pull the wire to open. Windshield got hit with a dime size rock/pebble and spider legs grew from it. Doesn't hamper driving at all. Has been driven offroad so a few dings here and there, but nothing major. All adds to the personality of the jeep. Besides that, the jeep runs good, motor is quiet and smooth, the body is solid. Inside is pretty spacious and clean. Radio/cd player, 4x4 works great. Tires are good. It's a really nice jeep for on and off road. I will not ship this Jeep or deliver. You must come and pick it up. Feel free to come by and check it out before purchasing.
