2000 Ford Excursion for sale. Runs great, only selling to buy a piece of real estate. I have had this since 2009. I bought it with 145K on it. It has 189K on it now. It has the 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine that is all stock with no mods… It is a Limited trim level so it has all the goodies. The tires have less than 2k miles on them, new alternator, fresh oil change. Trans was serviced at 160k. We put new glow plugs and harness on it last winter. The brakes are a couple years old; when we did them we did new pads and rotors. If you know Excursions you know that they go through front brakes. The pads are fine but the rotors will need turned. Everything works on the truck except the power door locks., cruise, A/C, radio, rear A/C. This is a really nice truck that needs a new home. It has front heated leather seats and overall I would give the interior about a 7.5 out of 10. It’s a nice, smoke free interior but the seats have a little wear and tear. Of course I guess that might be normal for a 15 year old vehicle with 186k miles on it. It has 3.73 gears in it with a 4 speed automatic transmission. Runs and drives great. I would take it anywhere. The paint is pretty clean. No rust on the body. The underside is really clean as well. There are a few nics and scratches here and there but nothing that is excessive for a vehicle of this type. I am advertising the Excursion for $15,995.00. It’s going to take an offer pretty darn close to that to get it. Don’t waste both out times with a 3K offer. I don’t need (or really want to) sell this truck, if this one does not sell for close to what I want I will just sell one of my other cars to get the property I am looking at. If you know about the 7.3 Excursion you know this is a fair price and you also know they are getting to be a little on the rare side. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. This is a very nice Expedition. It does have some marks from being a daily driver, some very small minor dents and scratches. I am the second owner. I purchased this vehicle in May 2010 with about 20K on it. Currently has about 58K. I recently had new tires put on, Havent even had their first rotation yet. Has power front seats that are heated and cooled (which work great). I injured my back and use the heated seat constantly. It is wonderful. It has power rear vent windows, power sunroof,(it slides all the way open or tips up) 8 passenger All leather interior Comes with Weather Tech floor mats on the front and the second row only. I really like this vehicle. Selling because I have been waiting for the Expedition with the Ecoboost motor, otherwise I would not be selling it. This vehicle has always been kept clean. NO SMOKING Exterior washed frequently and buffed and waxed. Even with the low mileage I have been using Mobile 1 5W-20 Full Synthetic Oil,(it improved its performance) oil is changed about every 6 months, never reached 5K on the oil. Replaced the front struts this past summer(The old struts were still in good condition but changed because of the mileage and the front carries the majority of the weight). We do have dogs(5) that we travel with- but you wouldn't know it to look at it unless your allergic then you might be sensitive. All oil changes have been done at home (don't trust anyone else). Comes with 2keys and fobs, you can lock/unlock all doors as well as unlock and open and close the cargo door with the fobs. Has a ceiling mounted rear entertainment system with 2 headphones and a remote. The sound can also be set up to go through the vehicle sound system. This has the high quality sound system.
