Vehicle Description Thanks for looking at our auction. This vehicle has been described to the best of our ability trying to describe/state all we know and observed about this vehicle. We are however not qualified mechanics and there may be other defects present which are not apparent to us at this time. This is a good running 2004 Volvo XC90 with the 6 cylinder Twin Turbo engine. I have driven this car for a few weeks as my daily driver and it does run well. General Condition: We would rate this vehicle 3 on a scale of 1-5. A vehicle rating of 3 would generally mean: Grade 3 – Normal wear and tear Specific Vehicle Condition: The exterior and interior show some wear and tear consistent with the year and mileage. The leather seats show some wear and the carpets are clean, stain free and have no rips or tears. There are a few small dents present on the right side of the car. Please look at all the pictures in detail as they are an important part of the listing. The engine starts first time and idles smoothly. The transmission engages and shifts well also. The vehicle seems to be in good mechanical condition. Electrical components and accessories have been tested and checked out ok. These include: power windows door locks sun roof air conditioner radio cruise control power mirrors power seats The car has 1 remote and 1 key. The remote opens the door and the key starts the car. The vehicle has 2 matching Goodyear tires in front with 40% tread and 2 Maxxis tirs at the back with 60% tread left. DEFECTS: DRIVERS DOOR Drivers door opens from the outside only. HEADLINER Headliner is worn DVD/TV Present but not tested NAVIGATION Navigation disc not present I have stated these defects noted so that potential buyers have all the information needed to make a decision. DEFECTS: AWD The 4x4 light is on. There is a clunking sound from the left rear side of the car where the transfer case is located. This noise is present only when accelerating hard. Because the 4x4 light is on, I think its an issue with the AWD transfer case. I have googled this and found its a common issue with BMW X3's. This however does not affect the functionality of the car as it drives smooth and quietly once up to speed. CEL The check engine light was on. I scanned the car and got codes P0171 & P0174. I cleared the codes and have driven the car another 100 miles. The CEL has not come back on yet. SUNROOF The sliding cover of the panoramic sunroof is missing. Rear Door The passenger side rear door inside handle is broken. The door will open from the outside only. I have stated these defects noted so that potential buyers have all the information needed to make a decision. I am asking $4295 for the car. All reasonable offers welcome. Vehicle Condition Report Component Condition Defects ENGINE Fully functional engine. Starts and idles smoothly. Runs well at all speeds. I have driven this car at speeds up to 90mph and the car performs well. The turbo does squeal when started from cold but sound goes away as the car warms up. TRANSMISSION Automatic transmission works well. EXTERIOR Above average exterior. Few scratches and dings as expected in a used car. Please look at pictures in detail INTERIOR Average wear and tear. Both driver and passenger side front seat leather are slightly worn. Please look at pictures in detail. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS All installed electrical components tested and work ok. This includes A/C, heater, power windows, power seats, cruise control, sun roof, radio etc. Service SRS Airbag warning light is on BRAKES & TIRES 4 matching Michelin tires that have 70% tread left. Brakes have not been checked for wear but work well at this time. I am selling a 2010 BMW X5M, this is a personal/enthusiast owned car that my wife has driven for the past 35k +/- miles. One huge advantage to you as buyer purchasing my 2010 X5M is that I am an experienced eBay seller and have a shop called Bimmer Motor World (a reputable BMW parts and repair shop in Winder, GA) - which means the car has been MAINTAINED** vs. buying a privately owned X5M. When I bought the car I changed all 8 injectors, they were purchased from Nalley BMW new, Oil Changed >5,000 miles (religiously) with Liqui Moly 5w30 Full synthetic motor oil, Windshield was replaced with a brand new OEM windshield due to a rock that cracked it when driving, both rear shocks also just recently I changed the coolant expansion tank with a new OEM replacement.
