Very clean and well maintained jeep grand cherokee wj. I am a huge jeep fan, having owned many over the years. And while I'm sad to see this one go I'm currently in need of a pickup truck. I bought this jeep about 1 1/2 years ago with just 38,000 miles on it. The jeep had served as a vacation vehicle kept at the cape cod summer home of two doctors and rarely driven. Being the jeep fanatic that I am I jumped at the chance to purchase such a low mileage 4.0 jeep. In the past year and a half I have put 24,000 miles on it having taken it up to vermont numerous times and commuting 80 miles to and from work several days a week. -bulletproof 4.0 straight six motor, known for going several hundred thousand miles with routine maintenance-selec trac 4x4 which gives you several options: 2x4, 4x4 part time, 4x4 full time, and 4x4 low .-Last fall new OME springs, bilstein 5100 shocks, 5 new jeep jk wheels, and 5 new 265//70/17 falken wildpeaks ats were installed. -This spring all four calipers, rotors and pads were replaced.- The paint is nearly flawless, except for an 8" scuff above the right rear quarter glass where I rubbed against a low branch at the edge of my driveway. -The interior is also nearly perfect except for a 1" scratch in the headliner. -An alpine CD player was installed last summer, with Sirius satelite radio, Bluetooth, and iPod controls. Additionally, an interface was installed to allow the factory steering wheel audio controls to operate the alpine radio, sat, iPod, etc. -overhead display shows direction, mpg, miles to empty, miles to service. People are shocked when I tell them this is a 1999, as it looks like it is a couple year old vehicle. I regularly wash, wax, and detail inside and out. I have a stack of service history records, the original dealer purchase and sales agreement, original window sticker, and factory manuals. Since I've owned this jeep it has been serviced by quirk dodge jeep in marshfield, with service paperwork. Clean carfax with no accident history. Clean massachusetts title in hand. Overall this is a very well maintained vehicle, that I don't hesitate to put my wife and kids in and drive 4 hours north into vermont. If you live out of state I would be happy to meet you at logan airport in boston and you can confidently drive it home.- the miles will go up during the auction as I am still driving it several days a week. I average 400 miles a week.- Feel free to ask any questions or set up a time to come see the jeep. I'm in plymouth mass about 10 minutes from the sagamore bridge. I would prefer to exchange the title and funds in person with a handshake. Therefore please plan on coming to plymouth, Mass or at least meeting somewhere reasonably close to collect the vehicle. I will ship if the buyer makes the arrangements, but again, I prefer to hand the title to you directly. Paypal fees would be too much, so please plan on cash or a cashiers check from a recognized bank.
