For sale is a 2009 Nissan Xterra, Off-Road trim. Time to buy a house so I'm reluctantly selling this great car for some down payment money. This Xterra was not a daily driven vehicle and was used occasionally for weekend trips every couple of weeks or sometimes months hence the low mileage of just over 53k! It has been well maintained with regular oil and filter changes and is in overall great shape despite minor cosmetic issues.This car is an excellent vehicle for the snow. I used it a few times during several heavy winter storms and the Xterra has never failed me. Even with significant accumulation its high ground clearance combined with the 4WD system made short work of snow. The Off-road trim comes with Bilstein suspension and several features that can be engaged/disengaged depending on road conditions such as Vehicle Dynamic Control, Hill Assist, Differential Lock, and Off-Road Lamps. The rear cabin space is huge once the rear seats are fully folded down. All rear cargo surfaces are made from a rugged plastic and easy to clean. The cargo area also has Nissan's Utili-Track rails and cleats for securing things down as well as a number of other hooks back there. The cargo floor also has a hidden storage compartment and yet more storage can be found on the roof just behind the off-road lamps.As mentioned, cosmetic wear can be seen in the cargo area in the form of scratches on the plastic. All of the features within the car are fully functional. The exterior also has light scratches to the clear coat in certain spots but nothing that can't be buffed out. There is also one minor dent on the front passenger fender but it's really only visible is you make an effort to look for it. The tires on the car are a set of the original BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A so consider that they will need to be replaced in the near future. Recent maintenance has included a new battery and set of 4 brakes within the past year. Title is clean with no history of accidents Vehicle comes with two key fobs.Overall this car offers superb utility and has an excellent, true 4WD transmission with excellent power behind it.

1991 JEEP TJ WRANGLER SPORT FOR SALE: This Jeep is 4-wheel drive with a fairly new soft top (brown with tinted rear and back side windows). It has 4.0 L motor, automatic transmission, cold air intake, new plugs and wires, just under 174,000 miles, and the tires are in fairly good condition (at least 50%). The motor runs great and the transmission shifts fine. There is no rust, dings, dents or major scratches and the body is in great shape. I added chrome hood latches and headlight rings (around the headlights), but all the other parts are original. It is currently licensed and insured. I drive it nearly twice per week. This Jeep was going to be my next project, but i just don't have time for it anymore. Since I planned to work on it, I have a lot of extra parts that I am willing to sell to you for an additional cost at the time of purchase of the Jeep. These parts include a 4.0L motor, automatic transmission, transfer case, drive shaft, power steering box and pump, alternator, tonneau cover, windshield seal, aluminum rims, nerf bars (new), chrome hood hinges, and a few other Jeep parts.
