Mechanically it is 100% functional. The only issue with this truck is the OEM nav system. It does not and we opted not to fix it since it never got used anyway. We have an on site detailing department that keeps all the company cars clean and detailed. This truck has gotten regular cleaning. Then interior and carpet are in great shape and the paint is virtually flawless. This truck does come with WeatherTech floor mats. Oil and filter have been changed every 10,000 miles with Mobil 1 products. We have kept this in a garage about 99.9% of the time (save for the occasional time where it is parked outside at a hotel or something like that) The only issue you might see is a little water damage on the clear coat wheel paint. It might not be a big thing to you, but we included a photo of it anyway so you can see what I am talking about. This Suburban is perfect for your airplane hanger if you need a great courtesy car for guest, or if you are a family and you need an ultra long haul high capacity car.
