2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STI (one owner) with just under 18,000 miles. I purchased the vehicle brand new from Joseph Subaru in Florence, KY. Non-smoker, no food eating in the vehicle, always garaged, brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Vehicle was primarily driven to and from my business only a few miles away which is why it has so few miles. I followed all break-in reccomendations as specified by the manual; the shifter is very tight; I don't do things like slam the shifter into first gear at high speed. I have a clean title in hand as well as original owners manual, window sticker, and spare key. This a very nice well maintained vehicle. The vehicle has had body work performed 2 times; the first a very insignificant dent to the right rear bumper in a parking lot. The second is a little more significant side impact collision. Private party sell value, according to Kelly Blue Book value, range from $31,500 for fair condition to $34,000 for excellent condition; I would personally rate the vehicle as very good condition, but I want to sell the vehicle fast, so I am pricing it at fair value $31,500.
