GREAT AWD CAR GREAT FOR THE SNOW! Leather interior! Heated seats! CLEAN CAR FAX. Very willing to answer ANY questions or offers, will make it a priority to meet with anyone who is interested. Asking $7,950 OBO! 102,xxx miles on the car and has been WELL MAINTAINED. Remanufactured transmission was put in at 87,700 miles and is on a 36,000 mile warranty. Had a bad transmission when I bought it. Just had the transmission fluid done by the dealership on the 4th, oil was just changed at 101,000 miles, cleaned the radiator system out and changed coolant at 101,000, park plugs and wires were done at 93,300 miles (NGK). Replaced the tensioner pulley (oem) at about 95,000. Inspected through 5/17. ONLY REASON I AM SELLING IS TO BUY A WRX WAGON (another Subaru!). Love the car, never had any problems. I do a lot of suburb/highway driving, with some city, and average around 21-25 mpg. Usually around 28 on the highway and closer to 20 in the city. Only problems (pictured at the end): Passenger side sun visor does not stay up (found oem replacement on amazon for $80) There is a small tear in the left side of the driver's seat On the back right side of the car a small portion of the paint is messed up. I have matching spray paint to paint it, I do not have any experience painting cars though so I've left it alone so that the next owner may deal with it in the way that they feel is best. With most of the details worked out over the phone and email,I planned on making the 100 mile trek too see if we could finalize the deal on a Saturday. Like new and with good reason, there's a BRAND NEW STI OEM small block assy from Subaru that was just dropped in by Moore Performance with heads and related service this past December. Still being broken in, first oil change was yesterday @ 472 miles 1/5/16 everything great, zero burn down. (See pic of spread sheet that logs break-in info.) Also new and installed by Moore Performance: So Much to list, see photos for all specific line items. Heads and head service New OEM Turbo (not upgraded, standard turbo) Perrin Turbo Inlet Cobb Cold Air Intake Assembly & Heat Shield 90k Service (All fluids, timing components, diffs, trans, new water pump, plugs, and much more) Zinc Plated & Cross drilled rotors (Installed 6/14) Tires like new New Inspection 12/16 This car runs like a dream, feel free to come check it out and take a ride/drive. Call with any questions and for more photos. $10k went into this car in 2015! $3,000 in Jan 2015 for the 90k service (All Fluids diffs/trans/coolant/oil, new water pump, plugs, timing belts, and much more), new turbo, Perrin Turbo inlet and Cobb Cold Assembly w/heat shield. 4 months later the small block could not handle the upgrades and spun a bearing. After months of searching for a used motor with no luck (almost same cost as new) $6k+ for the new motor and affiliated components was spent in December 2015. This car has new life and is ready for 100k's of miles! Mechanically solid and immaculate condition inside and out! When my daily driver went down I had to get another car so I'm driving a 2010 Civic and my girlfriend has an even nicer 2014 WRX limited so there's no room for this in the driveway. Subaru Legacy drives very well on freeways and gets really good gas mileage around 35mpg on highways. I bought this car in 2013 for $13,000 and now must sell it at a tremendous loss to myself from depreciation. Had no major problems with it and it just had state inspection and registration done last week, front brakes were good and back brakes were replaced at my expense. Tires are very good in the snow as I have driven in snow using the sport-shift which you use to convert to a manual transmission which helps drive in the snow. My wife recently passed away and must sell my car as I now am driving her old car. There is a scratch on the hood as seen in photo. There is a small indentation on rear qtr. panel due to my backing into the garage while it was snowing out and not being able to see. The center console by your right elbow needs a latch to open and close it properly. That's about it for anything wrong with the car. It's a lot of fun to drive and kind of low to the ground so you might want to drive fast, it likes it, for it is very quick indeed. Lucky you whoever decides to get this car.

Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Purchase - Buyer is deemed to have purchased the automobile upon satisfaction of each of the following events: (1) Buyer and Seller have executed this Sales Agreement; (2) Seller has issued the registration (either Pennsylvania or in transit registration); (3) Buyer has executed the "Buyers Guide"; (4) Buyer has paid, in full, for the automobile; and, (5) Buyer has taken possession of the automobile. Buyer shall be deemed to have taken possession of the automobile, and therefore, any and all risks associated with possession, at the time the automobile is removed from Sellers premises, either by Buyer, Buyers agent or shipper (regardless or whether Seller arranged shipping on Buyers behalf). 4. Limited Warranty - THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER ARISING BY IMPLICATION OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). THIS SECTION SURVIVES THE TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF THIS SALES AGREEMENT. 5. Limitation of Liability - SELLERS LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THIS TRANSACTION OR THE AUTOMOBILE CONTEMPLATED BY THIS TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED BUYERS PURCHASE PRICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILURE OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OR DELIVERY DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER), TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT IS SELLER RESPONSIBLE TO BUYER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL DIRECT OR INDIRECT COSTS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THOSE DAMAGES WERE FORSEEABLE. ANY CLAIM BY BUYER SHALL BE DEEMED WAIVED UNLESS PRESENTED IN WRITING TO SELLER WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE BUYER TOOK POSSESSION. 6. Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Notice shall be delivered to the address specified below. 9. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision hereof and no single waiver shall be held to constitute a continuing waiver or subsequent waiver.
