Selling my Subaru Legacy 2009. Car runs perfect without any issues. I bought this car year ago in North Carolina. Car have never seen winter or salt till this year. No rust of any kind. I did Head Gaskets job ( well known issue with subary 2.5 engines ), and also replaced timing belt and water pump. ( 1800$ in parts and labor). Engine is good for another 100k miles. Car has recent transmission fluid change. Car is clean and smoke free. Currently has 16'' rims and winter tires, but I'm selling it on stock 17'' rims with Yokohama 205/50/R17 tires. Tires are in good condition. Winter tires DO NOT come with this car. The only reason I'm selling this car is I moved to NYC and have no use for it anymore. Also parking is hell here. There are some cosmetic defects on drivers door ( scratch ) and mark on dashboard. Also dashboard is sticky. You are looking at a very dependable and good condition Legcy GT with 5 speed manual transmission. I bought this vehicle with the intentions of making it a reliable vehicle. While I've had this car in my possession, I've done most of the major maintenance items such as transmission fluid and rear differential fluid, spark plug and air filter. The timing belt, water pump, clutch, brake pads, rotors and Sumitomo tires sized 215/50R17 have 10K miles and will continue to climb as this is my everyday vehicle. I change the oil every 3,000 miles with Rotella 5w40 and Fram oil filters. I've Installed an oil separator which I believe is the reason that I am not burning any oil. The ride is nice, firm and planted with no unusual feel, shack or noise. The exterior has some dents/dings, front bumper was hit, bought the vehicle this way, the sale will include a used replacement bumper, you just need to have it painted. As I have stated earlier, the engine is in excellent condition and does not burn oil, no unusual smell or noise. The vehicle is is listed as OBO, please do not low ball me. $500 is due and the remainder due in person, cash or cashiers check. I will not ship the vehicle but I can help with setting up transportation as well as pick you up at the air port if you decide to fly into pick up the vehicle. As with vehicle with this kind of mileage, there is no warranty expressed or implied.

For sale is a fair condition 2009 Subaru Legacy. What this means - it has paint flecking on both bumpers. It has a dent in the trunk. It has minor scrapes all around. The interior is clean, but there are a few coffee stains (since cleaned but the light stains remain). It had a full maintenance inspection from Subaru 5000 miles ago. The only mechanical quirks - it has new rims that have not yet been connected to the tire pressure gauge - so it shows a warning that the tire pressure is low - when that is not the case. Any subaru dealer can attach this, or you check it by hand (as we do - can even throw in a manual gauge). We are the original owners and have the full maintenance history. We also have the carfax. Please note - it does list a minor fender bender on the carfax. We have the accident report - in short, my wife gently tapped the car behind her while trying to parallel park, and upon realizing that the car didn't fit, went and parked across the street. A traffic cop saw this, and unfortunately wrote it up as a "hit and run." The other car owner, seeing no damage, declined to move forward, but this awkward blemish remains on the car record. We are only selling this because our jobs previously required us each to have a car, but my wife's job moved to the city so we no longer need two. While there is cosmetic damage to this car, we would actually put it well above "fair condition," no mechanical issues beyond the tire pressure gauge.

Limited package is the nice interior including leather seats, CD changer (classic!), sunroof and other upgraded trim features. Like all Subarus, the car is AWD so great in the snow and ice (we all know its coming). No major dents or dings. No accidents. No rust. Only 2 owners.
