Up for sale is a very nice 2003 Subaru Legacy AWD 2.5 GT. 261K miles. Highway miles as the car was purchased from a friend of mine who was a salesman. Car was maintained very well. Timing belt done 60k ago (105k interval). Automatic transmission. Ice cold A/C, leather seats, and sunroof. Power everything. Everything seems to work as it should. Interior could use a good cleaning. Good Michelin tires. Runs and drives well. Will need rear brakes (warped rotor and thin pads), and front o2 sensor. Clear Delaware title. Tags ran out (not tagged). No rust that I can find. Car to be picked up in Newark, Delaware 19702. Selling the car as is, where is. No warranty expressed, implied, or otherwise offered. No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever. Your purchase is an agreement and is a legally binding contract. $250.00 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours after the sale. Full payment due within 5 days. Payment to be made in the form of cash upon pickup, certified bank check (will have to clear before vehicle and title leave our possession). Any other payment methods MUST be agreed upon prior to hitting "buy it now." Paypal ONLY accepted for the deposit. Pickup within 10 days. Storage of $25.00 per day starting on day 11 if the vehicle is not picked up unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon. You are looking at a 1995 Subaru Legacy that has 109, 927 miles. Even as a parts car this car is easily worth 2-3K++++. The blue exterior has a lot of oxidization and paint peel going on. This car is not the greatest looking vehicle but it does drive decent. The grey interior of this car has many spots on the floor and doors. I think the AC needs to be recharged because it doesn't blow cold. The power windows and locks do all work and this vehicle does have a working CD player. The 2.2L 4 cylinder motor starts right up. This Subaru will make a great economical opportunity to buy a driving vehicle at a decent price. I will pick you up at the Salisbury, MD airport or bus station during normal business hours or by appt.. I will provide 60 DE temp tags if needed.
