It took over 2 years to research, purchase and install everything on this car. This car was built to be a conservative daily driver and even tuning safely still reached close to 400WHP and 400ft/lbs torque. I am a second owner with the first owner gently putting on the first 90k miles. This car has never been to the track and doesn't drag race on the weekends though it is plenty capable. Some minor issues with the car at this point are the front sway bar bushings beginning to clunk. I wanted to wait until I had upgraded the front sway bar to also upgrade the bushings. The master cylinder for the clutch is getting weak and will need to be replaced. The controller for the TEIN coilover suspension has the face going out and I'm sure will need to replaced or repaired. It still works just doesn't show what level your on. I found these on TEIN's website for around $160.At this point all the upgrades have been kept super clean. I utilized the WRX 2.0L heads so the wiring harness could be kept fully intact with no sloppy splicing. I kept the stock ECU so it can still be scanned and repaired with anyone that has a basic OBDII scanner. The engine and transmission swap used the OEM transmission and engine crossmembers so there was no welding or fabrication to install these upgraded parts. This car is set up right now for someone either to have a super fast and fun daily driver or for someone that wants to find a well built car with easy upgrade potential that they can throw a bigger turbo on and go. Right now the transmission and rear differential have a lot more horsepower potential before any upgrades will be needed. The hood has been replaced with a NA Impreza so the hood scoop is not there. The rear spoiler was removed and the holes welded shut during the repaint. The FMIC is covered by a close mesh black grill that matches the front grill and hides the FMIC. The engine has less than 15,000 miles on a fresh rebuild. The turbo has less than 8,000 miles. The transmission and rear differential have less than 40,000 miles. All the supporting mods were installed with the 6HTA turbo so you have an idea of the mileage on these.
