It has been a fun 2.75 years of ownership but the time has come to move onto the next car. Background: I bought the car pretty much stock back around 95K miles. My intent was always to use this car as a daily driver and thus had to retain its reliability and drivability. At the same time, It needed to have a little edge, something to set it a part and make it unique and fun which is where I have ended up. During my ownership the car has only ever had two "down times" one was when I had to get the timing belt replaced and the other was for the VF-39/injector upgrade. Everything else works like a charm, no CEL's, no mechanical issues, nothing. Currently the car has aprox. 158,000 on the clock. With that being said, compression has been tested once each year and also once when doing the timing belt swap. Every time it was done, the car was lukewarm at best and consistently had number from 132-140 on all 4 cylinders. In the pictures below you will also see the dip stick with the current oil level. This was taken the day this ad was made to help reiterate the health of the motor. As you can see it burns virtually no oil. Overall interior condition: 9/10Overall Exterior condition: 7/10 The one downside to this car being a true everyday car, is that the exterior is not perfect. it does have rock chips up front and very minor blemishes. Nothing extreme or out of the ordinary, but also not "show room quality". I'm not going to beat around the bush on this nor will I try to downplay it. I feel strongly that if anyone were to truly use their subie like I do, you would see similar conditions. With that being said, I pride myself on the condition of the interior. I enjoy keeping a very clean and maintained cabin. I spend a lot of time in my car and I prefer not to haul myself around in a pig sty.
