1970 Shelby GT500 Super Cobra Jet. This stunning Shelby is 1 of only 10 built in Grabber Yellow, and 1 of only 5 with the 3.91 Drag Pak option. This rare piece built by Shelby has undergone a complete rotisserie restoration as you can see by the photos. It carries DSO (District Special Order) number 842727 and is documented in the Shelby American World Registry. It includes a Deluxe Marti Report. This Shelby is fully loaded with such factory options as engine oil cooler, power steering, power front disc brakes, deluxe interior group, Rimblow steering wheel, fold down rear seat, tachometer, tilt wheel, forced ventilation and upgraded to an original AM-FM radio. Plus padded roll bar with shoulder harnesses, space saver spare, heavy duty suspension, posi traction and visibility group. And of course a close ratio 4-speed transmission. All body panels are original including all of the fiberglass pieces, rotisserie restored to concourse condition. The 428 SCJ engine is a fresh rebuild on a standard bore block. All major engine components and accessories are correct and date coded properly. The engine, engine compartment and undercarriage are fully detailed including correct paint markings. This striking Shelby was purchased restored and has been in my collection for about two years.
