NO rust. Car runs great washed weekly well maintained and used synthetic oil. Items I replaced in the last 1 and a half, Slotted brakes, All season tires from sams club, battery, radiator, starter, oxygen sensor, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, brake calipers, and the clutch was replaced at 130,000 miles. I replaced the shocks and struts and all three catylitic converters 2 years ago.
