There are no mechanical issues—the engine, transmission, and everything else function just fine. The interior is in pretty good condition, except for the rip located on the rear seat The exterior is in average condition. The driver’s side front and rear door has some scuffs/scratches, and there is minor damage near the driver’s side rear bumper. This 2001 Subaru Outback is the H-6 LL Edition, and its clean inside and out. The interior is in good condition with minimal wear and tear, and the exterior is also in good condition with minor scuffs/scratches. It also has a cracked windshield. Still, you won't find many 200 models in this type of condition. The vehicle is in need of repair. The timing chain broke and needs to be repaired. It's currently at my mechanic's shop, and I was going to repair it, but then just decided to sell it as-is. My mechanic quoted me $800, which is a really good price. However; you may be able to get it done cheaper, or even do it yourself. Either, you would be getting a very nice vehicle that should last another 157K miles easily. As you can see, there is damage to the hood and grill. It’s a rather easy fix. The owner was going to have it repaired, but decided to sell it as-is. The hood really doesn’t have to be replaced, and the grill is only about $75. Other than the hood and grill, the exterior Is in really good condition. The interior is also in good condition, but the driver’s seat, and the back of the front passenger seat are ripped. Yes, the car needs a little TLC, but well worth it.
