Hello, The time has come and I am selling my 2012 Subaru WRX. I am a 24 year old Mechanical Engineer and I purchased the car when I graduated school. I am only selling my baby because I made the move to a STI. The car has been very well maintained and has fresh brake fluid, transmission fluid, motor oil, and freshly greased bushings. I typically wax the car 2 or 3 times a year (before summer and winter at least) and I am a non-smoker so the interior is clean and smell free. I daily drive the car year round about 50 miles to/from work, 47 of which are all highway. I am sure you know, but the WRX is amazing in the snow. I owned a F350 before the WRX and the WRX is without a doubt better in the snow. In addition, I have a full set of snow tires and wheels that are included in the sale. The snow tire set is roughly 2 years old and has more than lots of life left in it. When snow arrives, simply bolt them on and go… no headaches. For summer tires I purchased Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tires last year and 18 inch aftermarket wheels. These are awesome tires; they grip well and are quiet on the highway. The car has some minor modifications that include the wheels/tires, fog lights, STI spoiler, rain guards, window tint, drop in AEM air filter, and a custom made exhaust. I originally had an aftermarket exhaust on the car, but given my profession and highway commute I desired a quite car. I ordered an exhaust dump and welded it into the stock exhaust. What this means is you have two choices when driving the car, leave the dump closed and the car will be nice and quiet (stock sound), or simply flip a switch in the center console and the dump will open. When the dump is open you get the added power and noise of an aftermarket exhaust. Great for those early morning rides to work (or late night rides home from the bar!). I truly enjoyed owing this Subaru and hope the next owner does also, feel free to ask any questions I’ll do my best to answer them.
