Check out this 2009 Cadillac CTS-V. It's a super clean one owner car - purchased new by two friends of mine - older folks who initially wanted a Corvette, but found that with the Vette - the getting in was easy, the getting out, for them, wasn't, so the CTS-V was their E-ticket ride to a Corvette, just with 4 doors - ingress and egress problems solved. It was recently traded in on a new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. It's an amazing never hit, never smoked in, always garaged, hardly ever rain driven if at all, never damaged car that the only way to get a nicer one would be to buy a new one off the dealer's lot or showroom floor. I will post as many pics as possible, and those are taken where the car is currently sitting on the showroom floor, where it's been since traded in. No lunch or coffee runs in this car for our staff (not that that would ever happen at a dealership)! As stated earlier - my friends purchased this car new. They had asked me to find one for them, but all we could locate at that time were stick shift cars. They were adamant that they find a paddle shift Automatic - and they found this car in Las Vegas. Since they are part time Arizona residents, they headed out to Vegas, and bought it. It had an MSRP of $64240, and they paid a 10k addendum, which at that time was 'take it or leave it'. They took it. The car was driven from there to Oregon, and kept at all times (when not being driven of course) in their heated garage. The car wasn't rain driven if they could help it, and never ever smoked in. It's never had any paint repairs or damage, has every piece of original glass, all of its original paperwork, manuals and window sticker, two transmitters and a brand new set of tires. Why the tires @ 20k miles you ask? The stock tires were a Summer or Performance tire, and had about 40 percent rubber still left - these folks babied this car and weren't doing burnouts or drifting with it as normally those Summer tires last 20k or much less depending on the driving styles and habits. The day it came on trade, a long time customer of ours stopped in - said "I'll take it, but put on some NICE new tires, not cheapies". He proceeded to take off on a trip, and never came and got the car. We held it for well over 30 days on the showroom for him, and now it's for sale, available to you. The finish is Black Raven, and is super nice, a couple of small rock chips here and there - nothing hidden, fluffed or buffed, in fact we did a basic wax on the car and vac'd it - that's the only detail it needed. You may know all about them but let's go over a few things on the car. It's engine is a 6.2 Liter LSA V8 with 556 Horsepower. It really is a Corvette with 4 doors, and that's what Bob wanted - though the truth is Barb, his wife drove it more than he did. The transmission is a paddle shifted 6 speed automatic, 4 wheel independent suspension with magnetic ride control is stopped via performance Brembo brakes, and 19x9 inch factory option polished aluminum wheels are shod with Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 tires that were literally mounted at the tire store, brought back to the dealership, mounted on the car and then the car put in the showroom as you see it. The Pilot sports are great tires, much less noisy and much more grippy than the stockers - and more of an all year round tire than what it had. I run them on my Camaro and love 'em, so that's what we put on this car to the tune of about $1600. The car is loaded front to back with the navigation system, sueded insert factory leather seats, XM Satelite radio, Bose 5.1 cabin surround sound with 10 speaker system and 40GB hard drive. OnStar, Bluetooth, keyless access and start along with a homelink type universal remote are just a few of the features on this car - it's loaded, save for a moonroof, which it doesn't have - a plus in my book but that's something for you to decide. The car is as clean as you will find anywhere and as you will see from the pics super clean underneath for a car that's been road driven. I could gush on about equipment but I think you know what you are looking at - this is the best of both worlds - legendary performance and legendary comfort . This is a super clean car and with just 20k low adult driven miles, there's a lot more enjoyment and trouble free driving to be had with this car. The only things I can pick on are a couple of small scuffs on the right front wheel, the small chips mentioned earlier and a very smalll PDR type ding on the hood which I didn't notice til I took these pictures. You'll notice that Oregon uses no road salt in the winters, nor are we near enough to the coast to have any salt/corrosion issues. We have some of the nicest vintage cars anywhere, and this is because we don't have the salt problems, nor do we have the heat or humidity related paint and plastic degradation issues you will find in so many other places This is a loaded luxury performance car - and I challenge you to find a nicer one on the planet at any price.
