SQUEAKY CLEAN CARFAX REPORT AVAILABLE!!!! One owner, fully loaded, Kia Optima EX GDI. Only 30,700 miles! Great Condition! Literally was garage kept in the south (NEVER SEEN SNOW OR SALT) and barely driven by a little old lady (my mom). Selling this for my parents who just got a new car. I'm not quite sure how warranties work, but this had a 100,000 / 10 year limited power train warranty which I would think would transfer to a new owner. My parents paid over $31,000 for this brand new. It's been maintained properly and consistently. The only thing I noticed while driving it was a slight humming from the subwoofer but that was random. Other than that it's in really great shape. KBB value for Excellent condition is over $17,000 and for Very Good condition its $16,700 The carfax actually said that this car should be sold for more due to it's condition. Cadillac is in great condition. New Tires, Brakes, Rotors, all Filters & Fluids, Front Struts. DHS fully loaded with all accessories operable. All work done within 500 miles. Clean Car Fax and title. Needs nothing! Just under 40,000 miles. Blemishes include parking lot dings and scuffs. No check engine light. NYS Inspection June 2015. Hate to let it go, but this is an extra car.

Tires, Brakes, Front Upper Control Arms, Rear upper and lower control arms and bushing, rear lateral sway bars and 4 stabilizer links, new oil pan (leaked). 4 struts, all replaced within the year. Timing belt (3rd) and waterpump changed at 185,000. Rust mark rt rear qtr. ABS Light on (all sensors ok). Very well kept. Just inspected June/15
