Electrical failure in what I believe would be the computer caused the engine to stop running. New battery but no power reaching anything but the radio and the horn.

This 98 Chevy malibu has new parts and accessories installed such as headlamps, battery, spark plugs, wireset, 4 new tires(less than 100 miles on them) and starter. Clean interior. Some exterior cosmetics needed. Engine problem, Car does not start.
