You are bidding on this clean 1966 Chevy Impala. This is a clean car with great lines. It is a smooth running car that you can drive anywhere. There is no rust on the body and minor surface rust on the under carraige. It has a great paint job and cool pin stripping with a new Custom Autosound stereo and rims/tires. This would make a great weekend car or project to build up. The motor is original and runs strong. The interior is all original except for the front seat which has been recovered.
A Hot Rodder got a hold of this wagon 10 years or so ago. The 40 square feet of roof area is a beautiful and glossy cream color. The rest of the vehicle is painted with a flat sheen.The interior is custom two tone cream and dark camel in color. It features Air Ride suspension front and rear. Specifically, this is the tubular "Strong Arm" suspension with 4 corner air bags. There are two air pump compressors, one behind each rear fender, and the air tank is located in the spare tire area. The engine and transmission combo is a Chevrolet 350 and a TH350 automatic. They work well with this vehicle and function perfectly. I personally prefer the 15" 5 spoke hot rod wheels. My next step was to add white walls. Lot's of folks do like to add 18's and 20's front and rear, which look great as well. This car has been a lot of fun and she definitely gets attention! I've heard so many stories from folks whose parents owned one. All different types of people enjoy this vehicle. My family is going to miss it, but I need to raise some capital to start a business. No title. Basket case. Beyond rusted 1969 Dodge Charger. 318 auto car. About the only thing I can find good on this car is it has a steering column, gauges look good, and the VIN, radiator stamping and rear trunk stamping are all there. Fender tag gone. This car has obviously been off the road for a while, I think since 1978 from what I was told and sitting on the ground in a field so thus the rust. Has what appears to be the original 318 and automatic transmission but I did not run the numbers. No rear end, no doors, no hood, no seats, no floor, no trunk, barely any quarters or roof left - just look at the pictures this is a rough car beyond repair in my opinion. Paint it orange, throw it in your yard for some yard art or a good conversation piece (I will include a set of General Lee decals). Throwing this car up on Ebay as a last resort before I send it to the crusher - from where I first saved it but I've removed what I needed and someone had gotten to it even before me for some parts so really you are just getting a shell of a car. Still has the front suspension, assuming that some of it is still usable. No grill, no tail lights, please do not expect much. Again no title, but you should have no problem with getting a bonded title.
