You are looking at a 2009 Honda Civic LX. I bought this car in October 2010 on ebay with 29,000 miles. It had a Rebuilt title. I titled it in Maryland with zero issues. You will be able to title it wherever you are with no problems. Though the Maryland Title may appear to be a clear title, obviously the Rebuilt history is there. When I bought this it was told to me it had rear end damage. The only thing I can find is the Driver rear door by the handle has been repainted. I drove the car for 5 years and put 60,000 miles on it. It runs great. I recently (9/19) put four new all season tires on it ($600), Oil change in August, in August I also put a new battery in it ($100), In January I put new brakes on it ($300), In Sept (9/16) I replaced the windshield that had a rock chip that could not be repaired ($350). This car is ready to go. I will continue to drive it as a commuter car until it is sold. I put about 200 miles a week on the car so you should expect to add that from the date of this listing 9/19. Great gas mileage of about 30mpg on average.It has all your basic equipment of an LX - AM/FM with CD, all power windows and rear view mirrors, aux input for ipod, FWD is good in winter (I'm in Maryland). However, If you are hoping for a car in pristine condition, do not buy this car. It has 86K miles on it and it has been driven in rain, sleet, snow, heat, ice and even a hurricane. For it's age and mileage, I think it looks great. No dents of any kind in the body. It does have a Ravens sticker in the back that you would have to remove with sticker remover (sorry but big Raven fan - hope no one from Pittsburgh is interested :)) This is a great buy for the money. Commuter, young driver, whatever, etc., it's a very dependable car and you won't be disappointed. The depreciation has been absorbed by me. I cannot see this car losing much value even if you decide to sell it. Please email any questions and if you are seriously interested we can speak live. Needs body and mechanical work. Planned on fixing it up but have not had the time. Last driven and passed Maryland Emissions testing in 2005. Has been sitting in driveway covered with tarp since 2007. Needs at least a battery and new brake lines. Will start with new battery but cannot be driven without brakes. Some rusting has taken place and there are dents that need to be addressed. Will need new paint job as well as interior work on front driver seat and ceiling fabric needs to be replaced. Have 2 of the original hub caps, both in good condition (not in photos). The car was owned by my dad who was disabled and passed away in 1999. It was then driven by my son for a few years until he bought his own vehicle. Engine only has 62,204 miles on it and had great V8 pickup. It has not been driven since 2007 but I got it started recently by temporarily hooking up a friends new battery and priming the carb. It was run for a good 25 minutes where I found that the brakes did not work although the emergency brake was fine. The transmission worked but the A/C needed help. My guess is that the fr-eon leaked out after a period of time. Now, I am intending to move shortly and need to sell the car. This is a great deal for someone who wants to take on a moderate restoration and who likes cars with real pick-up. I can provide some maintenance records from 1986 through 2003.
