I do a lot of traveling down south for work, and traveled between Ohio and Atlanta. I was driving it around town in Ohio, and someone let their dog loose. It ran right into the middle of the road in front of me, and I slammed on the brakes and swerved to avoid hitting it. I impacted a fire hydrant going about 5-10 miles per hour, and the air bags deployed. It was towed to a lot, and my insurance company totaled it out due to being a 2013. The agent offered to sell me the car back for a little under half retail, and since I knew the history of the car. When the tower was trying to get it on the flat bed, he cranked the engine and let it run - but the oil pan had a huge hole in it, and it blew the engine.
