The exterior and interior is in good condition. No mechanical issues, both transmission and engine is strong. Oil change and spark plugs have been changed. New battery installed. The windshield has a crack as shown in the pic but does not need to be replaced in order to pass DMV inspection. No check engine light. AC works.
