Only one California lady owner from new! 1996 Saturn SL2 On offer here, is a fantastic one California lady-owned 1996 Saturn SL2. In excellent condition throughout, the car has covered a mere 108,500 miles from new, certified by the Carfax report. Purchased originally in Tucson, AZ, the car moved with the owner to Los Angeles in 1997. Meticulously maintained and stored, the car is offered in excellent mechanical condition. The original Nissan-derived 4-cylinder engine is responsive with good power, the 5-speed manual gearbox shifts perfectly through a good clutch. Brakes, suspension and steering all work perfectly, as does the electrical system, including cold AC, and stereo system. The car has proven to be unbelievably reliable over the years and having been recently serviced, should be as reliable for years to come. Paint on the car is excellent, in a dusky gold. There is no evidence of damage repair or accidents, also certified by the Carfax report. There is one small 3” crease in the front bumper from a “hit & run” parking lot bump, pictured. Standard wheel covers have a few minor scuffs, easily replaced, and are shod with very good tires with plenty of tread remaining. The condition of the interior is also very good. Seat surfaces show very little wear, as do panels, dash, etc. Carpets show some minor stains, but a good detail should bring them back to “as-new”. The headliner does show wear, pictured. The car is accompanied by a clean, clear California title, a full set of manuals and a substantial file of receipts. This never-smoked in car is nicely presented, perfectly reliable and cheap to run and maintain; great transport, that won’t let you down.
