The fee is not negotiable and includes: 30 day PA in-transit tag, notary, title transfer, messenger, post sale vehicle detail, possible pick-up from airport/bus/train stations in Philadelphia, PA, possible overnight charges. Please note that for vehicles being shipped no temporary tags are provided. We need the customer in person to sign the paperwork for the plate.
