1994 SAAB 900 TURBO CONVERTIBLE One of the last ones... clean, rust-free, carefully maintained, incredibly original. 133,000 miles. Perfect color - Scarab green with camel tan leather and tan top. Florida and Virginia car for most of its life Original manuals and 10+ years of maintenance records. PROS: * Turbo still hearty * Transmission recently serviced. * Smooth tracking and handling - tires are very young - 75% life left * Paint and interior both in nice condition shape for age - only very minor patina overall - no significant tears or dings. * Top is showing some superficial age (because it's a light color) but functions perfectly and is still dry and tight (no back window separation). * All power options function as they should. * Last two years of service by a dedicated Saab specialist in Virginia. * Upgraded radio and AC. * No dash warning lights - ABS, SRS, Etc.! It all works as it should! * Premium wood dash package professionally installed with dash cover. * Lightly tinted windows (which help a lot!) * Factory wheels in terrific condition. * Recently passed Virginia safely inspection thru 2017. * Even the clock works! CONS: * Typical Saab 900 dash cracks - not too bad overall * Interior has some minor leather cracking around seams on front seats - not bad at all but there. * Drivers-side leather inside door sill showing typical wear (driver's elbows) * Typical very light scuffs and tiny dings befitting a 23 year old car - but still very nice! * Muffler is new but is 900 spec and not 900 Turbo - may want to replace to unleash more power. * Top is solid but aging as noted above. * Black spoiler trim around top could use a fresh coat of black. Still good and solid. * Automatic not as quick as a manual transmission but a very comfortable and competent cruiser All in all, a wonderful touring car that still turns heads and is a pleasure to drive. I recently drove it from Palm Beach to Charlottesville and it was very solid. Can provide mechanic references to Saab experts in Virginia who know the car well. I'm only selling because I have three vintage 900s (and a 9-5 Aero) and a garage that only holds two! Hoping for new owner who cares for it as much as we do! Maintained by International Motors in Charlottesville, Virginia - Saab experts. We are the third owners - always a Virginia car and executive driven. This is a great car! FEATURES: * Top is original and still watertight / airtight. Mechanism rebuilt four years ago. Glass rear window of course. * Manual Transmission and clutch are is perfect - smooth and strong. * Engine very strong, turbo boosts beautifully as it should. * Front seats have been recovered with Saab-spec hides - look just right. * Fitted with Saab factory paint/bug shield on hood edge, and a Saab factory exhaust tip that makes it sound fantastic. * Power everything - windows, locks, steering, brakes, even the one-button all four windows down feature * Air conditioning is cold and strong; heat and defrost are warm and strong. * Good tires - Pirelli P6s with life left in them. Original desirable three wing wheels. * All original books and manuals from factory - both original keys with factory remote fobs (working!) * Never in an accident, never raced, always appreciated. IMPERFECTIONS: Only a few... * CD Player not working * Minor glazing on paint on front and rear bumpers * A couple of very light parking lot spots * Saab emblems on hood and trunk are aged ALL IN ALL...a wonderful vintage convertible cabrio, with a great deal of life remaining.
