I actually had Kevin Brewer Tech II program the lights into Euro mode for me along with program a new key for me. Comes with both keys, owner’s manual, dealer brochures, factory roof racks, very clean interior and leather, embossed power, heated seats, cold AC, power moon roof, 6 speaker audio system, power windows and locks, key-less entry, cruise, massive hatch back ETC. The factory wheels are in good shape and are boxed up read for snow tires, along with all the stock parts, shocks, struts, etc etc. all go with the car. My pictures are terrible, the car has wax on some plastic and needs detailed, I know, its been below freezing here and I just havent had time to detail it out the rest of the way. Please, if you want the car let me know, Id really rather sell it locally than online, come look at it and drive it in person. The car runs and drives great. The Viggen springs mate well with the new Bilstein shocks, the Continental tires do have a little more road noise than Id like but I bought them based on reviews on Tire Rack, not to mention the car still had the factory tires on it! It’s in great shape, paint is in great shape but has been touched up over the years, it does have a dent on the passenger rear door and few dings here and there but for being 14 years old, aka a 2002 aka last year of the hatchback 9-3 it’s a rare find with the low miles, condition, history and recent service history. 2003 9-3 Convertible Turbo, 173,300 miles. KBB Private Party Fair Condition (no major problems) value is $2,600. It just had 4 BRAND NEW TIRES mounted with an alignment on 11/6 at Goodyear. Retail value of this was over $700. I am asking $1,300 for the car as a whole which includes the tires. · The body is in very good condition for its age (I think it spent the first 7 years of its life in New Jersey). There’s only a little rust showing on the driver’s door as far as I can tell. · It comes with an installed hitch receiver and you’re welcome to have the hitch and ball as well. (I usually hammer it in in the spring and hammer it out in the fall as it is a bit rusty) · Convertible top works VERY well and I’ve never had issues with it; there are no leaks or holes. · Heated seats and power windows all work very well. · Car battery replaced July 2014. · Key fob for the car had new batteries about 1 year ago · I think the rear brakes were replaced along with the E-brake cable May 2015. Additionally, many if not all front suspension parts were replaced in 2011. Issues (Full disclaimer! I tried to make this a comprehensive list, feel free to ask about anything not mentioned explicitly!): · The engine in this Saab is a 2002 engine despite the model year of the car being 2003. I think they were just using up 2002 engines at the factory still. Unfortunately no one told me this and the two engines take extremely different oil. This led to sludge buildup that required a complete engine flush (2014). Recently it has had more oil issues. An oil change may help or even fix the issue. It seems to be fine for short trips (6 miles or so), but not for more than 10 miles. · The windshield was replaced by Safelite in June 2015. Rust had corroded the metal around the windshield to the point that it cracked. The area around it that had corroded was patched “well enough” and a new windshield was properly installed with Safelite’s warranty following the repair. · The car has not had strictly synthetic oil or high octane gas. I haven’t replaced the air filter since I’ve owned it (6 years). · Anti-theft system just started acting up in the last few weeks (fuse can maybe be pulled to “fix” it. I chose to not lock it anymore). · The backup lights had stopped working (shorted out?) once within the last month, but are working fine currently. · Front driver’s strut mount will likely need replacing within the next year. · Climate control works very well, but the display is finicky and sometimes not present (I can explain how it works for you). · Power seats do work, but sometimes the gears don’t catch to move the seat; this happens randomly with no pattern and only about 15% of the time. · There is a second key fob for the car, but it was not programmed by a dealership, so its use is limited and cannot start the car. · Radio volume knob is finicky sometimes, but the volume buttons on the steering wheel work just fine.

Up for sale is a very well cared for 1999 SAAB 9-3 SE Turbo convertible 5-speed. The paint is fair to good, being a FL vehicle, the paint takes a beating, so the clear coat is flaking in a few spots. It has: new convertible top, AC compressor, radiator, engine and transmission mounts, tires, front struts, all front control arms and tie rod ends, recent alignment. The convertible top works flawlessly. The AC blows ice cold. All the displays work perfectly without any dead pixels. The interior is in good condition with only slight wear in the leather seats. The SID shows "CHECK OK" which means all systems are go. The fog lights don't work. A SAAB mechanic told me it's probably a bad relay, but I have never needed to use them so I didn't chase it down. It has 131K miles, and runs great; burns no oil. Since I've owned it for the past couple of years, all I will use is synthetic oil. I'm selling it because I've purchased a new vehicle and my wife can't drive a standard shift, so she needs a different car.

This Saab drives well and there are currently no issues. I just replaced the fuel pump and water pump. Previous owner had installed new brakes, clutch and battery within the last year. All power features work well, including the roof. The only issue is that the final stage of the roof locking into the closed position requires a very slight manual push from the outside (this adds maybe 10 seconds to the process). Also, there's a short fan belt installed that bypasses the AC compressor. If you want the AC to work, you'll need to install the longer belt. The belt itself costs about $30. Title is clear. Car is valid for inspection in New York State until August, 2016.
