Saab has been sitting since then. I will include a picture of the mechanics assessment. In short, to get car running again needs a 1. New Water Pump ($650 Minimum) and 2. Emergency Brake repair ($300 minimum) 3. Right rear Caliper. Head gasket is slightly leaking. Recommendation is not to replace but if done $1,000. Small hole in right rear well. Slight hole in left rear wheel well. Convertible top works great and 3 tires have 23k miles and 1 tire has 15k miles on them. Car being sold as is. Best to tow away but could fill with antifreeze and drive a short distance. Looking to move quickly so make an offer.

2000 Saab Turbo Convertible 9-3, located in Boston, MA. with 2.0L Turbo engine. Great shape, Fun ride for summer. We've had loads of fun cruising around town and going to the Cape beaches. It is real zippy & sporty being a standard with a turbo + 5spd trans with fun rack & pinion responsive steering and 4 wheel disc brakes. Great mileage. Registered with recent sticker, so come take it for a test ride and enjoy driving it around town or on the expressway, (but no joyriders, will ask some questions to weed out the joyriders & thrillseekers who are not really interested in buying this convertible, and please also know how to drive a standard transmission and use the clutch properly). This also has the desired 6 speaker stereo package, with separate factory amp behind the existing factory stereo set, ( 2speakers on dash, 2 on doors and 2 in back seat sides), sounds abs grand! You can also upgrade, if desired, the existing factory stereo itself with a more modern unit .. But no need to change any of the speakers, they sound magnificent. Some minor small blemishes over pass side rear fender well in paint and someone backed up into the hood causing a minor small ding (shown on photos), hood operation unaffected. Mechanically great and cosmetically good. --update note: This week I have it up on jackstands and doing all the brakes over and replacing its e-brake cable and also replacing its power steering hi-pressure hose.-- Top is in great shape with exception of a small blemish on one side but very waterproof and no leaks. Oh, I have been asked why I am selling it when its so much fun, family is upgrading is why Shipping and payment as requested by ebay: I would rather you come over and test drive it all over the city and on the highway, that way you will see what a great convertible it is, and preferably on a sunny day with top down, and then if interested, we settle up in cash afterwards and i sign over title to it, since its registered you can drive it home and just fedex me back its plates when you get home or the next day.

THE GOOD: The engine runs prefect in this car. with only 150,000 miles it is smooth. No skipping no leaks no noise no issues at all. Great engine with a turbo that is very responsive. The transmission shift perfectly on time every item. No noise no leaks no problem. Very smooth shifting The exhaust is quite and clean no rust. The tires are in good shape and the car drives down the road great. No pulling straight as an arrow at 70 mph Top is in good shape THE BAD The right rear tail light is broken. Needs a new one. The top will not go down. (not sure why by seems like no power or the switch is bad) I do not know why. Minor rust around the wheel well.(easy fix) Clear and clear title will be passed on the buyer. The ca is in good condition and there is normal wear and tear on the interiors seats all other parts of the interior are in great condition.
