Up for sale is this beautiful 1996 Saab 900 SE convertible. 5-speed manual transmission, 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder engine. Only 124k miles. Runs and drives very well. Just checked over by a Saab specialist and it needs nothing. Excellent condition inside and out. Good tires. No check engine lights or any other warning lights or pending codes. No leaks from the engine, and the convertible top does not leak. Interior is dry- no odd smells. Battery is new. I would trust driving this car anywhere. Fun to drive and very economical. Buy now before Spring fever drives the price up! Selling as is, where is. No warranty expressed, implied, or otherwise offered. It is a 26 year old car, so a warranty cannot be obtained or given. No refunds or returns for any reason whatsoever. Buyer must submit a $250.00 non-refundable Paypal deposit within 24 hours of the listing ending. Final payment must be made within 3 days via certified funds, i.e.certified bank check or cashiers check. Paypal will NOT be accepted for balance. Funds will be checked prior to the vehicle and title leaving our possession. Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days. Storage of $25.00 per day starts on day 11, and will need to be paid before the vehicle leaves. Shipping is sole responsibility of the buyer. Car is in very good condition with very few flaws for it's age. Some wear on driver seat but not bad. Car is low mileage and drives very well, no engine or transmission issues. It is pretty quick and fun to drive, but not too quick for a first car. Gas mileage is also decent in the mid 20's. Power seats and windows all work. Sunroof works, A/C works but heat doesn't.All three error lights on the cluster pertain to the SRS as far as I know. No engine codes. It's a well taken care of, smooth driving Swedish classic. Contrary to popular belief with somewhat less common Euro cars, parts are not hard to source nor are they expensive. Oreilly has everything you need at average prices. I just replaced the alternator with a refurbished one, and it has a couple year old Optima redtop battery. Clean Virginia title.

Great Saab Convertible which needs a little TLC. Runs and drives great. Needs some TLC leather seats have wear, SRS light is on and the Rev. counter has no function. Body has a few scratches and small dents, which is normal for the age of the car. First paint job no rust!Would go easy from cost to cost with it. Has great tires and 4 new brakes installed around 6 months ago. Looking for cash, trade for a Motorcycle, Motor home or a nice Jaguar XJ8 in white or silver.These Saabs are on Ebay and Cars.com for up to $11,500. I bought this vehicle in 2000 form a salvage car dealer, City Line in NH. At that time it had 11,000 miles and for all intent and purpose it looked brand new inside and out... started right up and everything worked. Long story short, it has been my daily driver up until a few days ago. Other than brakes, exhaust and a couple of alternator rebuilds I have had no trouble with this car... totally dispelling the dark cloud that is salvage. I would continue to drive it but rust has taken out a few areas of the under carriage and it will not pass inspection unless I fix it. I have other vehicles so this is not a crisis for me and I do not have the time or interest in doing the work. This is all a bit unfortunate because the car is very strong. Always used full synthetic, it does not burn oil, one driver, clutch is still good. It could be a good vehicle for someone willing to repair the floor panels.
