Up for sale is a beautiful 2012 Porsche Panamera 4S with 32,000 miles. The vehicle is fairly equipped: -20" Turbo II Porsche Rims -Heated Front Seats, Comfort adjustable seats, Heated Rear Seats-Rear Automatic Sunshades in the rear windshield and side windows-Sport PASM Plus - Same air suspension as the Panamera Turbo-Natural Cognac Leather with Alcantara Suede headliner (much different in color and texture than the normal tan leather that is standard in Panameras - this leather is a $5,265 option, the Alcantara is a $1,990 option).-Bose Premium Surround Sound, Satellite Radio, Bluetooth Auxiliary, 3.5mm Auxiliary and USB input -Porsche Sport Exhaust (Makes a huge difference in the exhaust note with the push of a button) -4 Year/50,000 Mile Warranty (YES. This is still active despite my rebuilt title - however, the four year time frame is coming up within a few months) -The vehicle is stock with the exception of one modification: It has a FabSpeed Competition Cold Air Intake. This is a $795.00 part (without the cost of labor to install). The car is White on the outside and is 9/10. Great condition. The natural Cognac interior is a 10/10, as well. No wear that I can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. Absolutely mechanically sound. Tires, brakes, everything is in good condition. The car does not need anything at all. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt title. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never had body work done to it. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, and I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. In this particular vehicle, all damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interior passenger cabin. Secondly, the water was fresh water, not salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. We replaced the entire engine block (including pistons and rods) with brand new OEM parts from Porsche - invoices are available for all parts. We obviously changed the oil, oil filter, cabin filter, and the air filter, as well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As a precaution, we also changed all other fluids in the car (though, we found no water in anything but the engine).
