Up for sale is a 1998 Porsche 993 with original 57896 miles! 1998 was the last year of the legendary air cooled 993 and is the most desirable year as well. This car comes in a very unique and beautiful color combo “Forrest Green Metallic” with “Cinnamon” Leather interior and matching Cinnamon soft top. The original overall condition is outstanding and shows only minimal signs of wear and tear appropriate for its age and miles. The original paint looks still deep and lustrous without any dents, dings or heavy scratches. There is a small scratch (dent) approx. 4 inches underneath the rear bumper which I pointed out in one of my pictures. The whole interior is in outstanding original condition. The seats are absolutely original and have not been sprayed or repaired. The dash is flawless without any signs of cracks or scratching. Please take a look at all the detailed pictures and judge by yourself. The 993 is mechanically absolute sound with no known issues. It runs perfect and the tranny shifts smooth through all its gears. It has an automatic transmission with tip tronic. The car has never been in an accident and comes with a clean carfax. I have all the books for the Porsche, 2 sets of keys with an additional spare key. The car has been serviced up to date, so are the stamps in service booklet (please see pictures). Again, this is a very unique 993 from the last year available. I have never seen a prettier color combination. One of the pictures below has the option codes the 993 has to offer and one has the emission statement. I am a long term Porsche Owner, I did my due diligence, prior to purchasing. This is my personal vehicle, its not a flip, or an auction reject with problems. I am the second owner, I Purchased from an authorized Porsche dealer, here in San Diego, on 11/05/11, with 37,000 miles. I paid $44,000 +. Original owner was a housewife in Beverly hills, ca, she did not commute in vehicle, always garaged. I have my original receipts/ paperwork from Dealer. I have ALL BOOKS AND RECORDS, extra key, all SERVICE DOCS. I work from Home, and dont drive much, hence the condition, and low miles/ pedigree of this vehicle. Its always in the garage, and I hand wash/detail myself. Interior has always been done by hand and leather cleaned and conditioned properly. As noted above, excellent, original condition, no accidents, or problems. The certified warranty expired in July/2014...Prior to, I took the car to the Dealer, and had them do an additional, complete inspection, at my expense. All service is up to date, they did a minor service on the Ac, and that was it. The major services, the 40,000 mile, 50,000 miles, all were completed at the dealer, I have all paperwork. Even though its the Base Model, The 290 Horsepower, 3.6 L V6 Engine is very Powerful, and drives amazing. The six speed Auto trans, features a manual tiptronic mode, with Paddle shifters on the steering wheel. When you need extra power, there is an Auto Trans, sport mode, very fun to drive. This is not a stripped down Cayenne, it is Highly Optioned, Featuring the Factory : Navigation System, Bluetooth, Heated Seats, Full Steering Wheel controls of Audio, Tiptronic, Etc, Power Tail Gate Feature, great when grocery shopping, and Full Rear DVD Entertainment System.
