1986 Porsche 944 Turbo. Currently not running. A lot of time and money has been invested in this car, but I need to sell to pay medical bills for my daughter's last surgery. I wanted to finish the car and get it running right, but I work 50 to 60 hours a week, so I don't have the spare time, nor the money to finish the car. A lot of parts have been replaced on this car. Engine was replaced with turbo engine with 57k miles. Clutch has been replaced, so it is new and good to go. Radiator was replaced, turbocharger was replaced with a lower mileage one that was original to these Porsche 944 Turbos. Fuel pump, fuel filter have been replaced with new units. Wastegate, cycling valve have been replaced. Headgasket, and cam tower gasket were replaced too. Bosch DME computer and KLR computer were replaced too. Fuchs wheels have all matching center caps. The tires on the front are new Falken Tires, and tires on the back are in good shape with at least 80% tread remaining. Vaccuum lines are silicone Lindsay Racing vaccuum lines. DME relay is new. Relay for waterpump for the turbocharger is new along with a replacement waterpump for the turbocharger. Ignition coil is new too. Interior wise, there is currently no radio. I wanted to get the car mechanically sound before proceeding with interior work. Passenger side seat has some tears. Planned to take it to local upholstery shop to have seat repaired. The dash does have some slight cracks, but not bad. Sunroof does not open. I believe it is the motor. The relay that controls the sunroof works fine. I hope I have covered everything. 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo This 944 is Red with Black interior in good condition. Paint seems to be original and is showing some fading especially around side mirrors. this car has a manual 5 speed transmission. IT runs and drives great.The car has had the following work done to it in march of this year. New Sachs clutch,Pressure Plate, Release Bearing,pilot bearing,clutch release bearing shaft and new bearings.New oil pan gasket,Rear crankshaft seal,Flywheel resurfaced,oil pressure sending unit,New Water Pump, Thermostat,Timing Belt,Counter balance Shaft belt,all Rollers,Front crankshaft seal,Front seal on Upper & Lower counterbalance Shafts.New front brake Rotors (Zimmerman Crossdrilled). Replaced Odometer gear. Mileage showing is not accurate. Unsure of actual miles. Estimate it to be close to 200k. The rear hatch frame needs to be resealed. This seems to be a common problem with the 944's. Car has Power Steering,A/C. This 944 has a Factory Alarm ( never used it, not sure about it.). Overall this car is in good condition and fun to drive. These are getting harder to find now days.
