This wonderful 911 has been my daily driver for the last 7 years. I purchased it in 2009 from the owner in Ohio with 54k miles. I have since put about 75k miles over the last 7 years. I was originally interested in this particular 911 because a previous owner had a new factory engine installed at 38k miles (around 2004). Car runs flawless. Engine runs great, transmission shifts very nice. There are no known mechanical or running issues. A few years ago I found that the car was losing some of that amazing, tight 911 steering feel so I rebuilt just about all of the front and rear suspension. Over the last 3 years I spent more than $7k on rebuilding the stock suspension parts. I replaced the clutch in 2013. A full list of the major services are shown listed below. I have all of the records since I have owned it. I don't have the records from the previous owner or new engine. When I purchased the car I was sent a copy of the new engine receipts and I even called the shop in Denver area to confirm a new engine was installed which they confirmed. The engine number stamped on the bottom is #M96/04AT66Y65721. This engine number is shown in one of the photos. From what I understand the "AT" in the number confirms it is a factory rebuilt engine. @38,000 miles; New 2004 Porsche factory engine – installed by service shop in Denver area. I talked to owner who remembered putting in the engine and confirmed that was new factory engine as stated on receipt. I had the receipt for work and cannot find it now. October 2009 @54092 miles; I bought car on ebay and had shipped from Cleveland. That was second owner and engine had already been installed when he bought car. Advertisement on ebay touted the new engine with only 10k miles. I have changed oil and filter myself approx. every 5000 miles; Mobile 1 synthetic oil Work I did with Receipts: 2/15/2011; mileage 72502; Paul’s Automotive, Sebastopol; new tires, plugs, control arm; $1451 4/23/2013; mileage 96748; Paul’ Automotive; front brakes; $1191 5/29/2013; mileage 97450; Hi Tech Automotive (exclusively Porsche), San Rafael; new radiator expansion tank; full inspection report; $937 6/20/2013; mileage 98404; Hi-Tech; new clutch; sway bar drop links; Intermediate service and inspection report; $3399 7/2/2013; mileage 98684; Hi-Tech; sway bar bushings and trailing arm; $937 7/12/2013; mileage 98684; Hi-Tech; new front struts (shocks), mounts and bearings; $2137 9/6/2013; mileage 98684; hi-Tech; new back struts, trailing arm; control arm; $2851; this completed rebuild of entire suspension and drove like new!! 4/29/2014; mileage 110150; Hi-Tech; 60k major service and report; window regulator; new horns; spark plugs replaced; new drive belt; $1735 7/11/2014; mileage 112265; Hi-Tech; ignition coils and heat shield; motor mounts; $1399Mobile 1 oil change every 3,000 miles. Last oil change was 1/16/17 (10 miles ago). Body and cosmetic wise the car is in good condition. There is a small dent smaller than a dime on the hood (shown in last photo), There are a few light scraps on the rear bumper. Above the driver is a light circular stain. This was there when I bought it. Wheels are "S" style and similar size. 285/17 on the rear. Clean Title. I have done the best I can to describe the car. I recommend you come take a look and a drive to see for your self. I will help arrange shipment or pick you up at SFO airport.
