Straight original body. - Engine is Non-Matching, but Period Correct- Wheels are wider then the original specification- This car GLOWS and draws crowds wherever I take it. Looking at the graph this is between condition 2 (yellow line) and condition 3 (blue line) ….also notice how these are going up in value everyday!. That with the recent engine rebuild, and not too distant body and mechanical preservation. Car was restored several years ago but has blemishes as outlined above. The “A” models: are considered one of the best of the old and new…. Having the original style of the first Porsches…..i love how the fender slopes down and the headlight is lower then the fender line, with the more modern, powerful and reliable 1600cc engine…. and… this one is a super 1600cc, so even better! The ’58 is a significant car also because it was made exactly 10 years after Porsche started the car company.
