1989 Pontiac 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am GTA SE Indy Pace Car Don't Be Bashful... Make an offer!. Low Mileage Car. If you are looking at this, then you know what this is. An unexpected, life changing event has caused me to put my baby up on the auction block for sale here. This car shows exceptionally well, but as with any 28 year old car, there are a few minor blemishes and a couple professionally repaired chips in the paint (very hard to find). The bottom front of the nose has some paint cracking due to flexing fiberglass over the decades, and as with all of these cars, the driver seat bolster shows wear but it is NOT split or cracked through. The wheels are good but do show some crackling of the clear coat on the chrome outside rim areas. All mechanical systems are in good working order, all gauges, lights, antenna, radio, rear hatch pull down motor, steering wheel controls all work. The 20th Anniversary ignition wires have been replaced with MSD wires, but have been kept and will come with the car for originality. The car has a custom embroidered hood insulator, a "show & go" hidden front license plate bracket (state law compliance) and comes with the original laminated window sticker, Firebird owners manual, 20th Anniversary supplemental owners manual, 20th Anniversary door handle inserts and the 20th Anniversary key chain from the 20th Anniversary owners kit. This is a beautiful 2002 Trans Am that is in great shape. This car looks brand new has been garaged and every fluid changed and has no leaks at all. Has had recent rear main seal changed and tune up. Battery is also brand new. This car is in fantastic shape and there is none that look as good as this one. The car is also bone stock no upgrades at all. This car needs nothing at all.

I ordered this car in 1998 and picked up the summer of 99. No accidents and car was cared for its entire life. I don't have the time to take it out anymore (obviously never had the time). Car looks and runs great! Engine was replaced at 17,000 miles (warranty timed out) due to failing oil pump. Engine is now a LS6 block with upgraded internals (Crank, Pistons, Rods and so on) that were all professionally installed. AFR heads and custom cam. The exhaust consists of Kooks Stainless steel headers to a catted y-pipe and Stainless steel Borla Exhaust Catback that is electronically adjustable. Custom tuned PCM. The rear is a Moser 12 bolt with 4.11 gears and upgraded adjustable control arms and upgraded shocks. Springs are stock. Transmission is fairly stock with some upgraded synchros and only a short throw shifter. The clutch is a SPEC and has very low miles on it. The in dash player is new with new speakers and subwoofer in back. The hood is an aftermarket Mecham hood (stock hood is not available) The car will come with an additional Mecham wing that's painted to match and 2 spare rear tires mounted on matching wheels. Mods list below.
