This will be a fun car and a great investment for the next owner :-)The 1955-1956 model Pontiac featured a completely new chassis, body and engine. The engine was the biggest news as this was Pontiac's first V8. The 1956 version was drastically enlarged to 316ci with 192 horsepower. A 6-cylinder engine was no longer offered. The original five chrome strips running the hood and trunk were dropped, with a twin strip design used in its place.
